Anand Kumar, Advocate, is the Founder and Managing Partner of KCA Law Firm, with a well-established practice in criminal and civil litigation before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He actively works on matters relating to child labour, trafficking in persons, bonded labour and offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, while also contributing to broader initiatives aimed at preventing crimes against children.
He regularly conducts training and capacity-building programs for government authorities and stakeholders, including police departments, Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs), District Child Protection Units (DCPUs), Child Marriage Prohibition Officers (CMPOs), Labour Departments and District Legal Services Authorities (DLSA). Through KCA, he also works towards the rehabilitation and reintegration of children by linking them with relevant government schemes and welfare programs.
